Just down the road from L&C museum. Clean, well cared for, on the river. The 'Giant Springs' are mentioned by the L&C group. Puts out 150 million gallons of fresh, clear water a day, that comes underground from the mountains miles away. Fun place for a walk, play, picnic.

“Beautiful”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

The Park was beautiful with great places to picnic, lie on the grass or sit on a bench and watch the Missouri River rush by. There was a pool with a close up look at large trout and a nice informative tour.

“Beautiful and incredibly peaceful”
Reviewed July 18, 2013

The water is soooooo clear that flows from the Giant Springs. It's beautiful and refreshing to look at. The surrounding area is also really nice to walk around. There is a children's fishing pond as well although I didn't see anyone catching anything. There is also a play area. If you pay here, then you can also get into the Buffalo Jump State Park free in the same day. It was also neat to the fish hatchery and see how the state keeps up with the fish population although I don't think they are raising native fish.

This place is really interesting and the Springs are gorgeous. It's nicely designed with fun trails for exploring. A great place to take children or for anyone really who likes the outdoors and wants to explore along the river.

Crystal clear deep spring and a great place to see the world's shortest river all in one easy to get to place. Plus it's free!
