So much history and information packed into one place! The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and well organized. It took us over two hours to go through the whole place and it was only $3 each!

From the F-80/T-33 out front symbolizing the history of the nearby Glasgow Air Force Base to the Assiniboine teepee they have things that you don't often see. But the Stan's Bar display with the stuffed wildlife and the beautiful back bar is my favorite part. That is a spectacle! Take a look, it is well worth a visit!
They also have a good display regarding the local homesteaders, like my Grandfather and Grandmother. There are great stories in that section and in others.

If you are interested in the history of this area of Montana, Pioneer Museum of Valley County is a nice place to see it.

This museum is fantastic for a small town. They feature authenic indian displays, building of Fort Peck Dam, and so much more. Very interesting. They also have a large selection of animal mounts originally put together by a local bar owner and later donated to the museum.

While in Glasgow, there wasn't much to do, but we stumbled across this museum and ended up spending a while in there. There are many different sections, and the back where the old bar and animals were was my favorite part. Something to check out if you're in Glasgow!
