Best Western By Mammoth Hot Springs
Ranked #4 of 8 Hotels in Gardiner

As part of our loop around YNP, we stayed one night at this property. Our room had a view to the Gardiner river which was really nice and relaxing.
The room fits your needs for an overnight stay, beds are comfy; bathroom could be better cleansed (don't know if it were the tiles, or was it not very well cleaned, but we were tired so decided not to complain about it) although it didn't smell "funny". It had enough power outlets so we could charge all the camera batteries we had, and still charge our ipad and laptop.
It has ample parking so that should be no issue.
I would suggest however to stay on upper floors, since you might get some noise from upstairs if you have neighbors that wake up really early, walk really hard or make noise.
Overall, the hotel was a good fit for our needs of a one night stop.

This hotel seemed to do the bare minimum for service and accommodations. Nothing was terrible but they didn't make me want to come back again. A little uncleanliness in room. Breakfast wasn't very tasteful, lots of options though.

The suite we got was extremly nice and clean...Very spacious and neaty decorated...Great view...Indoor pool for the younger ones and a spa...The only problem with it is the resturant, it was on the expensive side and well all got sick afterward...Other than that we would definatly stay again!

very nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms a little pricey. Restaurant staff seemed really put out, not happy, no smiles~ as to say the entire town of Gardiner seemed unhappy, sad or mad or plain depressed~not sure if the economy of the town is at a slump or what, the staff inside the Yellowstone Park seemed very happy and eager to please the tourists of the town. Its a good idea to stock up on food items snacks, necessities and so forth prior to staying in Gardiner, grocery store, restaurants seemed overpriced. They were close to Alaska prices

This place is on the way out of Gardiner and is easy to find. Our room was spacious and clean, but had a random bath in the floor in the bedroom, which we found quite amusing, but could be dangerous for some people on their way to the bathroom at night.
The bed was clean and comfortable and we both slept well.
Staff were friendly, and the hotel is right beside the river, and has seats outside to watch the sunset if you wish.
There is a swimming pool available, which we did not use. There are laundry facilities on site, which were cheap and easy to use, and which we took advantage of.
They give you coupons to have breakfast in a restaurant joined to the hotel - we went on the first morning, and found it disorganized and basic - it consisted of cereals, toasts and greasy sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs, all of which were tasteless and we were unable to eat them.
As a hotel it does its purpose, just don't be holding out for the breakfast.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and accommodating with frig, m/w, coffee maker, first day check in was not so friendly attitude because we had pets in our car, who were staying at another hotel with our kids...the front desk clerk was watching our every move like we were criminals, stayed 3 nights~ housekeeping staff eager to get into our room to clean as we checked out~hence I left several items behind because I couldn't do my final walk through as I was going to be late for the breakfast buffet which ends promptly at 10am. Seemed as though the entire town of Gardiner had a chip on their shoulder, not very welcoming at all, staff inside the Yellowstone park were happy people and easy to converse with

Room Tip: Choose an inside room, the river view is a stretch for the river is a deep canyon and those rooms ar...

I think we got checked in by a member of the grounds staff who was covering, so the welcome didn't feel as warm. It's fine. We had a big room and we had paid for the river view....you can't really see it from the room, per se...you have to go outside. There are benches outside the room but it's REALLY HOT out there on most early evenings in July. Still a nice view of the river, Yellowstone and the rafters. Pool was okay, the jacuzzi area smelled funny and we skipped it (I think it's the rubber covering on the floor). You are paying for location and it's a pretty great one. Breakfast buffet was fine. If you need some space and you need to be in Gardiner....

Room Tip: Facing the river was nice.
