We enjoyed three dinners at the Yellowstone Pizza Company during our trip to Yellowstone National Park in June 2014. It was not one of the recommended places to eat by our hotel but we liked the look of it so we tried it out. We found the staff to be really friendly, the pizzas had a good traditional thin crust and were made in the restaurant's own imported pizza oven. Their salads were excellent and their flat breads with dips were superb. Our only complaint was that we asked for our first course to be served and then our main course but it was all brought out at once (as it was the "american way" to do things), even after we specifically requested it. Aside from that it was wonderful and a bastion of fresh, organic food in a town filled with processed food and huge portions.
