I discovered the Flying Pig Adventure Company via a brochure at the airport. We took a chance on the scenic float trip because it seemed like the relaxed nature of the ride would well accommodate the three generations in our party: myself, my mother, and my grandmother. Jay, our guide, was incredibly kind, helpful, and well attuned to the needs of my grandmother in particular. The float trip was beautiful, a perfect length (a little over 1.5 hours), and a nice mix of calm waters with the occasional rapids. Everyone walked away having thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommend Flying Pig Rafting!

I cannot say enough about our experience. My girls (ages 11 and 14) said it was the highlight of our 3 1/2 week road trip. When I decided to book the tour I had just had surgery on my knee and wasn't sure if I could do any of the activities but I still wanted my husband and girls to be able to do it. Patrick was amazing and super flexible. He said I could decide yes or no at any point which I really appreciated it. As it turned out I wasn't able to partake but I still had such a great time. Every person I encountered at FP were helpful and friendly. Libby took my family on the rafting trip was incredible. Super sweet to kids and worked so hard to make our night alongside the river a pleasant one. She cooked us an amazing meal while still being relaxed enough to chat with us as she was doing it. The horseback riding was wonderful as well. My oldest daughter said she loved taking a trail ride and just looking at the beautiful landscape. Food was plentiful at the ranch and the horses were gorgeous and well taken care of. All and all a great 3 days!

We did Paddle and Saddle. We started with 2 hours of horseback riding. 2 hours was a little too long for our crew of 5 with very little riding experience. It was awesome but a little painful if you’re not used to it. 1 hr would’ve been perfect. Every minute of the rafting was awesome! We had 2 10 yr olds and a 12 yr old that had not done that kind of rafting before. It was perfect for them and would’ve been great even if they were younger! David was our guide and he was fantastic! He shared lots of knowledge with us and made it even more fun for the kids! I highly recommend this trip!!!
