This place is fine if you want a coffee, soup, sandwich or a cake. The menu is small but offers a good choice. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. There are plenty of books to look at whilst you are waiting for your food and the town of Gardiner is well worth a visit.

Awesome breakfast burrito, terrific coffee, great atmosphere. Who can resist eating in a bookstore? I don't know how the cook turns out such good food on just a plug in griddle, but she does. As I was ordering from another person, she was starting to grate potato for my burrito. We already had a cooler filled with stuff for sandwiches, but wished we had not as her sandwiches looked awesome. Quick, tasty, filling breakfast!

Grab a breakfast burrito on your way to a rafting trip down the Yellowstone river. Big enough for two. Or if you are my husband- just right!

Cute place but rude service. We got the feeling that the waitress-cook doesn't enjoy working in a tourist town. It was quite an unwelcoming atmosphere so we bolted our disappointing breakfast down and won't be back!
