Vast open views of the convergence of the rivers/dam area. Information posted at each view point so you know what you're looking at. Totally amazing to ponder the sheer size of the dam & lake & what it took to make it. Climb up the short hill to the overlook & well, look it over!

this Lake is huge for rural Montana. its clean cool water and unspoiled shoreline is great for boating and watersports too. Walleye fishing is the most popular, but salmon and lake trout are also fished well into the fall

We caught our limit of Walleye two days in a row. Also caught a small mouth bass and 2 northern pike. Huge lake, can go for miles without seeing another boat.

I go here every summer to camp for a weekend or just go up for a day to swim at the dredge cuts, fishing, or boating. Its great for families, couples, or friends.
