This place is a gem! Great food, reasonable prices, and beautiful surroundings! Great family run business! The homemade cannoli is a perfect way to top your meal!

This is a lovely little place. We arrived early one evening and the place was quiet. The first thing I had to do was head back to the house and get some beer and wine as it is BYOB. The food was really nice and well prepared. We had burgers, pork chops and steak - all went down very well. No pies for dessert that night, but the huckleberry ice cream lived up to the hype!

We pulled up to this place and almost pulled away. Glad we decided to stay and eat here. The food was amazing! We all got something different and it was all just wonderful! Get the huckleberry shake, its delicious! Plan accordingly because the service can be kind of slow but well worth the wait! The one lady that was our waitress looked like she pretty much did everything and she never stopped! She could use some help but she was absolutely wonderful!

We stayed at Bison Creek and ate dinner there. When we first pulled up to the double wide trailer that serves as the restaurant and motel check in, my husband muttered "how did you find this place?" It doesn't look great from the outside. And we saw a few cars pull in and turn around. But they missed out.

We both enjoyed our reasonably priced dinner. I got the shrimp schaufski with a presentation suited for a fine dining establishment. My husband thought the fried chicken (their specialty) was quite good. We both loved the homemade mashed potatoes. We also liked our starter, a pear, pecan, and bacon flatbread. Be sure to try the huckleberry lemonade.

It's a family run place for sure. As evidenced by the toddler running all over the dining room, climbing up chairs to sit with diners and reaching for their beverage glasses.
