Five Rivers Lodge
Reviewed September 20, 2011

The Lodge sits high on a hill overlooking the vast ranch land and the distant Pioneer Mountains. The food is a surprising 3 star with oso buco, home smoked duck breast and prime rib. The innkeepers, Jan and Mary, attend to your every need. Jan personally pours the wine of the night. The rooms are large with sitting areas and king size beds. The lodge will provide the shuttle from Bozeman airport.

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Five Rivers Lodge, open for Montana fly fishing year around, offers comfortable elegance in a place considered to have the last un-crowded blue ribbon fisheries in the U.S. Flyfishers, beginners and experienced alike, find challenges while fly fishing Montana's Beaverhead river, Big Hole river, Ruby river, Jefferson river and Madison river plus private spring creeks and ponds that receive little fishing pressure. Birds, waterfowl, wildlife, and wildflowers are abundant in this mountainous section of the Lewis and Clark trail located in Southwest Montana. We designed Five Rivers Lodge, our two acres of spring fed ponds, and our extensive lodge gardens to integrate Montana's natural resources. ... more   less
