No idea what kind of restaurant it was when I called for reservation. I based solely on TA's review rating. Was I pleasantly surprised! It was a busy Friday night, and reservation strongly recommended. The restaurant has a contemporary elegant decor and ambience with courteous and prompt staff. I ordered 2 dishes - beef skewer + salad -appetizer special, and chicken risotto. The meal was proceeded with complimentary warm sourdough bread and oil/vinegar dip. Everything was fresh and excellent. The bill came to $26 + tip. This restaurant can compete and do well in any major metro area of the country. Kudos!

This restaurant was a great find in this area of Montana where many restaurants close right after Labor Day. We had excellent food and excellent service! There were even vegetables! We thought the portions were perfect. We would definitely eat here again given the chance. It is a little far from the west entrance of Glacier, but worth the drive.

We were very pleased with our dinner. We each had the pork chops, and they were excellent. Prices were pretty reasonable, too.

We ate at Three Forks last week when the power went out in West Glacier. Another restaurant recommended TFG and we are so happy they did! We were told we'd have an hour long wait so we decided to attend a Ranger talk and then come back. We made an on the spot reservation for 9 o'clock which is when TFG stops seating.

We arrived just before 9 and were seated immediately. We were allowed to choose between sitting downstairs or upstairs. Our children asked to sit upstairs so they could overlook the restaurant. Our waitress was fast, friendly and helpful. She brought coloring sheets and crayons to our table as soon as we sat down and she was helpful in making suggestions for our meal. I ordered the gazpacho and scallop salad and my husband ordered the beef carpaggio and the pork belly shrimp skewers. We shared our food and I have to say that everything was awesome. Our children ate chicken tenders and fries and finished their meals--which is a big deal for them.

Three Forks was our favorite restaurants nearby Glacier National Park. On the night we ate at TFG, it was super booked because of the power outage and because their food is outstanding. There is definitely a need for more restaurants like TFG in the Glacier area. So much of the food we ate while on our trip was "bar food" quality. We ate at one establishment that advertised themselves as a "pizza" place and served pizza made on a frozen crust (which wasn't what we'd expected since the other restaurant claimed to be a pizza joint). My husband and I grew in Connecticut and New York where the pizza and gourmet food are top notch. Three Forks Grill exceeded our expectations. It served one of the best meals I have ever had.

We had gotten back from Glacier National Park and our B&B called and got us a reservation at Three Forks Grille. After arriving there from the outside we thought it might be a mistake. But we were very suprised. The service was great! The waiter was very pleasant and helpful. The food was none but perfect and very well prepared. We recommed this place very much.
