The rooms were very nice. New carpet and paint. Right downtown, could walk to every business there. Rooms were way less than the super 8 in price. There was no desk clerk at night, just a phone number. The Wi-Fi was great but there was no in room phone for local calls. Overall was a great value

When I first walked into the room it smelled like somebody had pissed all over. Left the door open and the window for awhile and it did get better. The floors were like walking on a roller coaster nothing was level. Very noisy you can hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms. The beds were just about like laying on the floor, like laying on a sheet of plywood. Tried to take a shower but the water was luke warm never did get hot. Only plus was that the shhets were clean. Guaranteed I will never stay there again or recomend this place to anyone. 8 bucks more you can stay at the super 8 which is a whole lot better.

This motel is in a great location and from the outside looks nice. There is someone in the office only a few hours a day. When I first walked into the room, the filthy carpets were the first thing i noticed so I was leery about the general cleaniness of the the whole room. A few months later my mother went down to see my sister. She paid for a room there but after seeing the room she demanded her money back and went further up the road to the Super Eight.. The rooms apparently are primarily used by power plant workers that come and go.

I stayed there and it was horrible! First of all i never got a key because they lost it! so i couldn't even keep my personals in the room when i was gone. Then the floors looked like they hadn't been vacumed for months! It had stains and crumbs and dirt clumps everywhere! The fridge still had old bacon in it! Gross! In the bathroom the flooring was peeled up with what looked like black mold growing on the floor by the tub! Also the bathroom light was burned out which i had to replace myself! Thats the negative!

The positive is that the sheets seemed to be clean.

I'm sorry but this place is not nice at all! If you do have to stay for some horrible reason thank god the bathroom counter has a bottle opener screwed to because this place will drive you to drinking! good luck!

You're better off to stay at the Super 8. This hotel is clean and the owners are friendly, but it's a motel mostly used by business travelers. It hasn't been updated in any way since about 1978. The beds are sprung, the carpet is discolored and the towels are thin. But it's clean and downtown by the bars (and across from the Quicky Mart.)

As of this writing, the only place to get breakfast in town is at the golf course, which is north of town on the way to the interstate. It is a good breakfast.
