We stayed here after leaving Glacier National Park and were on the way to Yellowstone. Check in was good. The pool was under renovations which I knew before we arrived (they notified me b email). Room was nice, pillows good. Breakfast was good and kept stocked up. Asked for places to eat and they gave us a couple of choices of which we used and tried, but downtown was way too busy. But they tried.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Bozeman you won't do better than this Hampton Inn. The staff was very helpful, the room large, clean, and comfortable, and the location is wonderful. You're a couple of minutes from the interstate, a few minutes from restaurants, and 15 minutes from the airport. The location is about perfect. And for the price the value is outstanding. Try it!

The Hampton Inn in Bozeman was perfect for us. An especially nice touch was the text we received from Alli before we arrived -- offering to have any special services ready for us. We stayed at three Hampton Inns on our trip to Montana, and this was the best.

This was a lovely Hampton Inn with very clean rooms and very helpful and friendly front desk personnel. They have a gorgeous pool and hot tub that is all glassed in and nice and warm. They also have a convenient guest laundry and a nice breakfast in the morning. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport and they do their best to take you wherever you want to go in the local area. It is a good choice for quiet and clean.

Staying here with Hilton points did me nothing as I was still charged for my stay upon checkout. I let the young gentleman know that it was supposed to be a points stay. He assured me that it would not be a problem. However two hours later a charge shows up in my credit card with two separate charges and two different rates for a two consecutive night stay.
Another issue that bothered me was that the housekeeping staff helping themselves to the hotel guest breakfast and then using the hospitality suite as their own space. I did it see a anyone over 30 there(except for the ladies who were taking care of the breakfast). Average age was about 25 is what I'm guessing and their inexperience does not help this hotel due to the mistakes that they made being the ones giving the customer service.
