Fin has just been opened, quietly for about two weeks, I have eaten there twice. The food is very good, the staff needs to have better training, but they are trying. The cocktails are delicious, nice wine list and the food is really good. I had fresh oysters from the West Coast last night with a delicious mignotte sauce and a large pork chop with fresh local vegetables. It has a nice feel with interesting black and white photos and a peaceful feeling. I think they still need a manager for the dining room, just so the waitresses understand more about the food. Very good restaurant for such a short time being open.
