This restaurant recently opened in Bozeman. It is the first of its kind in the town. We were excited about trying it out. It was once a Bennigans Brew Restaurant, and they did a major remodel to the place, and they did a pretty good job on the interior. It is like a Benihana Teppanyaki Restaurant, with folks sitting around the "grill" while the hibachi chef was chef prepares the meal. And, he was fun.One thing that I thought was kind of crazy, is that they UPCHARGE you for fried rice. White rice is included , but not fried rice. For what you pay, that seems like it would be a no brainer to give you a choice. One in our party ordered Sushi, and they never got it, and the place was not the busy. The waiter was just OK. I have 10% if that gives you a clue. The food was nothing spectacular, but OK
