Both of us had salads as appetizers (mine Greek, hers Caesar). The kitchen staff paid close attention to ingredients, preparation and presentation. All greens, veggies, and cheese were fresh. Abundant portions, attractively presented and so tasty!
The pizza we ordered was not gluten-free, although GF is an option. I can only rave about the excellence of Pizza Campania's offerings! The crust was crisp and crunchy, not a chewy blob. The tomato sauce had the right zing to it. The cheese and pepperoni were both highest quality. No horrible puddles of orangey grease, no way! This pizza was a masterpiece, visually as well as gastronomically. Don't subject yourself to a supermarket slab of frozen misery, or a franchise pizzeria's mass-produced, 2-for-1-with-a-coupon, uninspired circle of doughy despair. Pizza Campania has dine-in and take-out options. It might be a little tricky to find, but it's so worth it.
The owner made a circuit of the dining room to greet all of his guests. How can you not love a sociable host? We truly enjoyed every aspect of our visit to Pizza Campania. Only regret is that we live far away in Texas, otherwise I'd be a regular customer here.
