The front desk person Danny was excellent. He was able to make things happen, like my sink drains slowly but was fixed the same day. The morning breakfast routine was always hectic due to the small size of the meal room, and with the supplies requiring replenishment often, people just jammed the room. So go eat early! The major irritant causing me to reviewed negatively frankly is the odour in the room. It was there when we opened the door the first time, and it was still there when we checked out 3 days later. I reasoned that it must be the air conditioner and did not give it much thoughts since we are out most of the day visiting the Yellowstone Park anyway. Well I'm writing this in a different hotel, and there is no such odour. My wife thought it was due to some mildew but I cannot be sure. Anyway, despite the front guy trying so hard and doing such a good job, I would not go back unless they remodel and clean up the place thoroughly.
