My wife and I have been to the Blackbird twice now, the second time with three of our friends. We had the Montana lamb the first visit which was delicious and the second time I had the squid ink pasta that came with calamari, baby squid and bison chorizo (sausage.) Their salads are really delicious and though a little pricey they are big enough to share. They have a dessert that is out of this world. It's a butterscotch budino -- a custard with butterscotch topping and whipped cream that also has a touch of sea salt which gives it a wonderful flavor.
