We ate dinner twice at Ted's during our stay in Bozeman and both times food and service were excellent. Ted's is in an attractive c1900 building downtown with a lively lobby area where we waited with a drink before dinner and a beautiful panelled dining room. The place was really busy with a great atmosphere but nonetheless service was prompt and friendly. Tables are well spaced and the booths especially pleasant. On the second visit we ate in a booth in the bar area and this too was pleasant and oddly quieter than the dining room. The trout in nuts was was excellent with a big fillet; Blue salad was perfectly cooked sirloin steak on a blue cheese salad; Knife and Fork burger and crab cakes were both very good and the desert cheesecake excellent. A very enjoyable way to spend and evening.
