For a bohemian sushi experience in Montana, Dave's is a popular favorite for many locals. Prices are very reasonable and the food quality is excellent considering the geographical location.

We decided to check this place based on a recommendation. I was surprised to hear someone tell us to try sushi in Bozeman. We had had our fill of meat & potatoes type meals in Yellowstone the week prior so we made our way to Dave's. And we were certainly glad that we did. I'd have to say that it was some of the freshest sushi I've ever had - we tried 3 different rolls and they were all fabulous. The Widespread Panic roll was our favorite if we had to pick one. Loved that it was a very casual, no-nonsense place. No need to worry about being dressed up or feeling out of place, which was great since we had mostly packed hiking clothes for our visits to the national parks. If you have the chance, go and check this place out - and if there's a line it's worth the wait.
