We travel a fair amount and stay at many different hotels. This one was outstanding, by far. We loved that our room had two exit doors, one to the atrium with amazing landscaping including a waterfall and a pond with gold firsh. We took advantage of one of the private little hot tubs. The breakfast was healthy with Wheat Montana bread and we were able to sit comfortably at a private table right outside our room. Even the soaps in the bathroom were superb. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Room Tip: Ask for a room opening into the amazing atrium. First floor would be best.

My husband and I were on the second leg of our honeymoon, starting in Yellowstone and ending at Mt Rushmore, and had booked the Inn for our visit to Little Bighorn. The Inn had been booked online with no prior experience with this chain. We were absolutely amazed at the rooms, fireplace suite the first night and a jacuzzi room the second; both at incredibly reasonable rates! The breakfast bar was wonderful, the staff outstanding and the Inn itself was well decorated and very clean. We loved the Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The room was no frills but clean. This is good place with kids - the pool is great and the hot tubs throughout were swell. We really loved the seating throughout the lobby to sit and eat a pizza and visit while the kids swam. Decent breakfast and good location. I like the smaller chains - good customer service.

Room Tip: Request a second floor room as it was quiet.

I wish there was C'mon Inns all over the country, it would be my preferred place to stay. The staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. Loved the comfy beds! My husband loved that the television had an actual guide as to what was on the television instead of just a listing of the channels. Our room overlooked the waterfall and koi pond and hearing the water running was so relaxing. The breakfast had so much to choose from and there was room to walk around without bumping into others. You won't be sorry if you stay here.

This is a very unique hotel. The hotel consists of a atrium filled with an indoor fishing pond, an indoor pool, and 5 spas. Our room had a balcony overlooking everything. I need to mention several things about this hotel. First, there is no elevators. If you are elderly, this might be an issue. Second the door to the balcony had a lock on it. Why would you need to look this door? Normally, I would recommend this hotel but the hotel charged us more than the price shown on the reservation confirmation. It wasn't much and most people probably wouldn't notice it. The reservation confirmation only gives the amount with taxes included. People traveling to Billings should stay elsewhere. At least you will know the total amount that you will be paying. At this hotel, you might end up paying more.

Thank you for response, we are always trying to make our hotel better. The balcony doors have a lock on them because some of our balconies adjoin with other rooms and although they do have barrier between them. We would hate to have someone sneak over the barrier and come into your room. It’s purely a safety and security precaution.

I would love to chat with you over the phone about your rate. If there was an additional charge besides the room rate and the two tax's (city and state) on your bill, I would like to know what it was so that we can get that taken care of. We strongly believe that we have a great hotel and that we are not trying to nickel and dime anyone. So please give me call, I would really like to know what happened here.

Thanks again for the review,

We stayed at this property one night, and then moved to another hotel. We arrived late at night and had to carry our luggage- two full sized bags and a couple of small ones - up to the second floor. A hotel with no elevator! Don't stay there. I also must admit that we aren't young enough to be doing this - not after you are worn out from driving all day. The room was in need of a good cleaning. To our dismay, the room had no desk, or even a small round table, like many rooms have. Using the laptop on the coffee table just isn't the best. The worst was the noise from the freeway, main road and railroad track.

It was akin to staying at Chuck E. Cheese. Great place to stay if you have to entertain kids, 4-14. Younger children need to be monitored closely. Not a quiet atmosphere. Calls to confirm my reservation could not be completed as the computer was down, twice at least. They could not find record of my special request, so unable to deliver. Someone pooped on the floor, exciting for the kids, but took 20 minutes to find a staff member willing to clean it up. I would stay again for the grandchildren but not a place for a quiet weekend with the spouse. Rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was better than most.
