Description: With creative twists on classic recipes there is something for everyone in the family. It's Italian Nachos, Minestrone, Lasagne, Tiramisu, Chianti, Frank Sinatra, Great Fun, Wonderful Service and a whole lot more... Ciao Mambo atmosphere works just as well for romantic couples as it does for a cozy table of family, friends and children too. At Mambo's, we serve up immigrant style Italian cuisine in a happening family ambiance. Our pasta dishes with rich, savory sauces and fresh ingredients, thin crust pizzas baked to perfection, and unmatchable service will keep you coming back for more. Bring your friends, family and appetite for fun, and we'll handle the rest.

“Still a favorite”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

I've raved about Ciao Mambo in the past. We visited again after a long absence. Still wonderful. Still great service. Interestingly, upon entering, our waitress recognized us and welcomed us back. Amazing on two counts--firstly, she remembered us after (probably) six months; secondly, they keep their staff--not all restaurants do.

This is the best Italian food in town, served in a casual grill atmosphere. The menu is pretty much the standard fare, pasta and pizza. It's made fresh and is very consistant--we've never had a poor meal. Prices tend to the $12 to $18 range. Salads are mixed greens, not iceburg--yes, this is important to us. Desserts are the usual, with the addition of a flourless chocolate cake--great for the gluten-free amongst us. (This was one of the best flourless chocolate cakes we've enjoyed--very much worth the money. Served with huckleberry sauce--a perfect complement.) Also--they've begun stocking gluten-free pasta, though they have yet to realize what the demand is--they were out this visit. So--feel free to carry your own pasta & they'll be happy to prepare it with your meal.

Two salads, two pasta entrees, bottle of wine and a shared chocolate cake= $67. Worth every cent.

“Best Italian in Billings BUT”
Reviewed March 25, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

that isn't saying much since there are only three other restaurants claiming to be Italian. We've eaten here several times and its usually pretty good but our recent visit, prom night unfortunately, was not so hot. We both had meatballs with our entree and the tasted like they had been in the oven since the previous day, dried out and tough. The service was good as it has always been but is the quality of the food going downhill? It really seems that people in Billings don't know what good Italian food is, but my wife and I have both lived in places with substantial Italian populations so we know what good Italian food is.

“Great Service and Food”
Reviewed March 13, 2014

First, Christene, our server, was very friendly and helpful. Loved the calamari. Our delicious entrees were the pasta ravenna and the eggplant alla parmigiana. Both delicious. Had to get a take out box for the remaining pasta dish. Great atmosphere. Found this restaurant by reading reviews.

Delicious and enough on one plate to split between two. Atmosphere is great too.

Each bite was a new flavor for Delia de Gered dish.

“Best Italian Food Ever and you can't beat the Prices !!!!!!”
Reviewed February 22, 2014

Our Family went to Ciao Mambo for our 28th Anniversary. Our oldest daughter found the Reviews on line.... So we had no idea what to expect.
We are from the SF Bay Area and have eaten at many Italian Restaurants and Ciao Mambo by far was the absolute Best for Food quality, price, selection and value for the children's menu... One thing that really impresses me was when the waitress brought out two bowls with plain Pizza Dough for the Grandkids to play with... Now if anyone with children knows the crayons last all of about 5 min. This kept the kids occupied through out the entire dinner and we actually were. Able to carry on a conversation.
The waitresses were on point, the cooks got the food out quick and the food was Incredible.
We ordered 6 different entrees and all were equally delightful !!!
Ciao Mambo is very affordable and we will return soon !!!!! :)
Thanks you for making our 28th anniversary a Great One !!!!
