I was very disappointed in this hotel! The reviews for this hotel were horrible, but the price seemed great. I made reservations and figured I'd stay one night and check out the next day if it was as bad as the reviews say it was. I was on business and needed to have internet access to work. Although the hotel bosted "Free WiFi" the internet service shut off every few minutes. I wasn't able to get any of my work done because I had to continuously reboot the wifi. My room was incredibly small, and definitely needed TLC. It was freezing in Billings when I stayed here, and the heater was incredibly loud (and I even like to sleep to white noise) and had a very annoying whistle in the fan. I barely slept all night, and wasn't able to get any of my computer work done. Most of the other complaints listed here are definitely true, I just don't want to beat a dead horse. The WORST part of my experience, is that the hotel owner would absolutely not let me check out and cancel my reservation! I originally booked several days, but after my first sleepless, workless night I went to the front desk and asked to cancel the rest of my reservation. The OWNER refused to let me "check out" ! Needless to say we ended up arguing and he ended up yelling at me. I did not feel safe there. I left the hotel and stayed my final nights at another hotel altogether. The owner still charged me for 3 nights! I even begged him to switch my reservation to another time when I wasn't on business and wouldn't need the wifi, but he refused! He told "go ahead and call corporate, this is my hotel and they can't make me do anything, you're just wasting your time" wow! I was totally shocked! I have never heard of a hotel that refuses to let you check out after a horrible night stay. If you are not satisfied with their property and service you absolutely should be able to check out and not be charged for nights that you weren't even there. It's not like I made a reservation and just didn't show up. I showed up, stayed there, but the hotel was not acceptable! He wouldn't even cancel and charge me a cancellation fee. And, the hotel was basically empty that night, so it's not like he was turning away customers because I reserved the room. He was just arrogant and prideful and very GREEDY! If he would have allowed me to pay just for the night that I stayed there and not force me to pay for the days that I did not stay there my rating would have been different. I would have thought that it was just a cheap hotel for a cheap price. But if you can't trust the management, why on earth would you stay there? I'm definitely fighting the extra charges with my credit card company, and I have contacted the corporate offices.

My husband and I stayed her for three nights and were very impressed. I was sure what to expect because it was less than $60 a night. The pool area was great: the two hot tubs were very hot and the water slide was fun! our room was quiet and comfortable and the shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Billings.

Great staff and very VERY cool waterslide! Also, we got a call at 2:30 a.m. from the front desk saying that the back door of our pickup was wide open. Then they went out and shut it for us; nothing was stolen from it and we are SO grateful for the great service!

Just fine for our stay, everything we needed. On our way through Billings and needed a place to stay that what within out budget and it was all of that and had everything we needed. Pool was ok, hot tub was hot, slide at pool was good. Breakfast was just ok, we did not need much, but met our needs.
