If you were coming for the mountain itself or proximity to the ski lifts or hiking trails around the ski areas, this is in a great location. The rooms were large and clean, though a bit dated, and the staff was very professional and thoughtful throughout my three-day stay. The beds were large and comfortable, as well.
The biggest complaint voiced by others is the noise transmission throughout the facility, and this is certainly an issue, particularly if you are not on the top floor. Though I appreciated the ear plugs, an update to the rooms, with some additional wall insulation, would be better.
There are some stores in the village below if you are looking for basic food/snack supplies, and the food at some of the restaurants on top of the mountain is very good. The area is also near some very good trails in the Gallatin National Forest, including the Cinnamon Lookout Trail.
