Waitress was very accomodating, food was out quickly & was OK. Don't have any complaints at all. Just an average spot to grab a quick lunch before moving on with the attractions.

We have visited MR Hummers for years so we went this trip expecting good food and service. We were disappointed on all accounts. We were there by 6 pm and one of the two evening specials was already 'gone'. Some of the group ordered the remaining evening special: prime rib, which it was not. It was cooked like a steak and was dry. Half of the group ordered baked potatoes and were told 15 minutes later that there was only one baked potato left. Some of the group switched to rice pilaf when it was realized there were no potatoes. No one liked the rice pilaf. One of the group ordered a basic hamburger. He couldn't eat beyond two bites. There was a toddler in the group and her food was served last. The toddler was difficult to calm down by the time she received her meal.
The waiter was visibly irritated by having to serve customers and every adult in our group commented on his behavior. He was appeared impatient and ordered one member to 'watch out' so he could put down the pretend prime rib in front of the diner. At the end of the meal, he took away plates without asking and in at least one case, the diner was not done with the meal.
There are many other restaurants in the area and my group will be eating at those establishments & won't be going back to Hummers in the future.

Hard to give this place a bad rating since the owner and waitress were so nice. Great to watch a game and have a beer. The food was average at best - we had steaks. If i were to eat there again I'd probably stick to burgers and beer. Nice friendly place but food was not the main attraction.
