A recent savory meal included an appetizer of homemade New England clam chowder followed by a filet mignon with a delicious sauce, incredible mashed potatoes with lobster meat, and asparagus spears. The presentation was attractive, the pace of his professional staff most comfortable. The wine selections complement the meal.
