Excellent accommodation. Highly recommended.....nothing is too much trouble and a fantastic breakfast. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully decorated to the highest standard and superb excellently kept grounds. A perfect location near Cardigan and many local beaches. We look forward to coming back soon!

We stayed for two nights last week. Tricia and Matthew were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully decorated to the highest standard.
A quiet rural location with panoramic views yet very convenient for Cardigan, the lovely local beaches and the main A487 Cardigan - Aberystwyth main road.
I knew of this property from my childhood days in West Wales but what Tricia and Matthew have done to transform the place deserves special mention. As soon as one turns into the property one is aware of the care and attention given to every detail inside and outside the house.
Must not forget Tricia's breakfast.
This ranks alongside the very best B & B's we have stayed in anywhere in the UK.
We will be back - thank you

Highly recommended. Situated just outside Cardigan off the main road on a small farm holding. Quiet, peaceful and so clean that my partner remarked that she felt like we were their first ever guests. Lovely and friendly Trisha and husband made us feel very welcome. Easy and close access to restaurants in Cardigan. Lovely cooked breakfasts. Perfect rural setting for us.

Me and my partner stayed here at the end of August for one night whilst on a trip along the welsh coast surfing. From the reviews we'd seen on here the place was well spoke of so we thought we'd give it a visit.

The first thing you notice when you arrive is how well kept all the grounds surrounding the place are, plenty of space for parking and two well behaved springer spaniels came to say hello, which my partner loved!

As we had three surfboards on the car, the hosts were only more than happy to allow us to store them securely in the garage area for the night whilst we drove into Cardigan town for the evening. Matthew and Trish also advised us on a lovely restaurant to go to that evening which was not to far away and called them up on our behalf to ensure us a place as it was a very popular place. The food there was brilliant.

We felt very welcome at the b&b as it has a very warm homely feel to the place, our room had a very comfortable bed and the views from the room in the morning were great looking out over the countryside.

Breakfast was just what we needed before going on the hunt for some surf so i opted for the full english which was great, good sized portion cooked well without being greasy like alot of places we'd stayed previously on our week off. My partner opted for the continental breakfast, she's a fussy eater but loved the breakfast, especially the fresh fruit of the forrest that was an accompaniment to the cereals and toast. very calm relaxing breakfast environment with plenty of tea and coffee to wake us up.

Before we left, Matthew the host helped us load or surfboards on the car and then drew us a map to some of the more secluded beaches that we should checkout which we would have definitely not known of without his local knowledge, the best beach by far was penbryn beach, very small surf that day but still fun on our longboards with hardly a soul there which was brilliant considering it was the end of the summer holidays and all the other beaches we'd been on all week were full up of families and children.

We'll be returning in the winter when there's more swell around and will look forward to a few more nights at Penny court. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous B&B! We stayed in the annex for 3 nights and had a great time. Tricia and Matthew were lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are spotlessly clean and done out to a very high standard. Breakfast was amazing - everything you could wish for was available. Definitely recommend this gem of a place - will be back.
