I have been going to ReRico Brazilian Grill for three years. It is my favorite restaurant to eat at in Springfield. The service is always warm, friendly and attentive without being invasive. Waiters say hello if you are a regular even if you are not at ones of their tables. The salad bar is vast and unlike salads bars in Missouri with selections such as chilled steamed asparagus, Spanish ham, oiled cheeses, ceviche, and more.
The meat is cooked perfectly, rare - medium rare. There's horseradish marinated KC Strip, blackened tri-tip, poached sea bass.
But my FAVORITE is the Brazilian rump roast. It's like eating meat butter.
There's a dessert cart that this Jamaican guy brings around. He is hysterical and all the desserts are made in house.
The decor is dark woods with an outside eating area and a fully stocked bar.
