Not good for your butt. If you know what I mean. Honestly, if you love mexican, you'll love it, if you dislike mexican just a little, you're going to hate it.

WOW, where to begin. It has probably been 2 years since we have eaten at a Mexican Villa, should have waited FOREVER! Ordered the cheese dip which used to be decent, this is nothing more than powdered cheese and water now, or so it tasted as it had a powdery gritty texture. The chips came out cold and tasted old. My wife and step daughter split the burrito enchilada style, ground beef was flavorless cheese and red sauce were tasteless too, I had the tacos and once again the beef was flavorless and it was drenched in their sweet sauce. This place used to be ok for Springfield mexican but we will never be back. Diner beware.

Burrito enchilada style and a cup/bowl of Queso is all you need to order. That's it. Keep it simple. A local icon in Springfield. If you like Mexican, you have to try this out.

Don't do it, pick something more authentic. The chips tasted stale, the food was not good, and the salsa is horrible. I must say the service was excellent on this visit, which is a rarity for Mexican Villa. You'll regret it at consumption and again a short time later.
