Here, you'll discover one of the world's most beautiful natural wonders; giant columns stretching from floor to ceiling, delicate soda straws glistening with minerals, tiny cave pearls hidden in crystal-clear water. And best of all, you'll see it close-up from the comfort of a Jeep-drawn tram!

A good time with the family. The kids, two under 10 years old, really loved the tram ride and seeing the big rock formations. The tour guide new his stuff and answered all of the tour groups questions in a way the children could understand. The cave was nice a cool place, which was welcomed by all on the day of our visit. It was also nice to learn some history of the Springfield area. The kids want to go back, so it obiviously was a big hit.

My aging parents, my 7 yo son and myself visited the caverns over Labor Day 2013. It was the perfect attraction for us, very interesting and no walking! My parents don't get around very well, but did fine in the "wagons" and the cavern was neat enough to keep my son's attention. The price was about average, if not a little less than a Branson show. Overall we loved it!

I'm sure the appeal of this attraction is that you get to ride through the cave. While helpful for those who have troubles walking around, the ride-thru novelty wears off in the first 2 minutes for everyone else. Because you are moving quickly through the caverns, the actual ride could take less than 5 minutes, there and back. The length of the tour is added by the tour guide stopping every 20 feet to talk about the caverns and for a video halfway through. It's not that the cave isn't neat. It's just that the price is pretty steep for what feels like a hay ride inside.

Also, according to the tour guide, recent flooding brought tons of red clay and mud into the caverns. I'm sure what used to be beautiful formations are now just covered up with dirt. It's totally not the fault of the owners, but sadly, it really takes the wow-factor out of the attraction.

This was a family trip with my 80+ yr old parents. We made the pleasant one hour drive during our trip to Branson. I love caves and try to incorporate a cave visit during my vacations. Fantastic Caverns was perfect because you ride through the cave in a tram type wagon, making it easy to navigate for my elderly parents. It had some nice formations and interesting history!

Way too expensive for what there is there. But not unlike most TOURIST places. It was interesting and a nice ride. The tour guide was really the best. Friendly and informative. He did a great job. He was fun and funny. He was great to answer the questions and was well informed about the very interesting history of the place. UNFORTUNATELY there are not enough people really interested in local history these days. There are not any video games or other junk like that. But it was very enjoyable to us old folks. But like so many places it was a bit pricy for what there is there.
