It was clean; the continental breakfast was minimal. Wi-fi was incredibly slow and wouldn't keep a connection. If you don't need to use the internet it is o.k. Location is on north side of I-44 near the west end of town.

I stay here regularly on business and am never disappointed. Even when new clerks get frustrated, they are still very courteous.
