This is a relatively new hotel. Our room was clean and quiet. The linens and bed cover were nice. Check in was quick and the front desk was helpful when we needed ipubrofen and there was none in their store. The bar is very pretty and fully stocked.
Location of the hotel was good. There are several nice restaurants near by, including Houlihans and Touch. In the morning we had a great hot breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed one night. Location is easy to find and located near many shops and restaurants, including Houlihans practically next door. You can tell this hotel is not even 2 years old as everything is still in beautiful condition. There is an outdoor firepit that looks great, but was not lit the night I was there. The hotel was hosting some sort of special event the night I stayed so they were very busy. The bar and restaurant were both full, but the staff still did a great job getting everyone served. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with fries which was excellent and only around $8. Happy hour at the bar includes several drink specials. The bar also carries some local beers whichis nice to find. Rooms are clean and modern with dark wood accents. Room has small refrigerator and microwave. Standard HGI beds- the adjustable sleep system beds. I don't really like them, but they're fine. I did not notice any noise from the rooms around me or from outside. This really is a great hotel but it does cost more than some other hotels in town- it just depends what you are looking for. The staff is great and easy access to the highway makes this a winner for me.

Exceptionally clean and nicely decorated rooms! The staff at this hotel does an excellent job cleaning the rooms and pool area. Love the garden sleep system beds. You can adjust the softness/firmness to your comfort level by using the dial on each side of the bed (near the head). We stayed on a busy 2nd floor and did not hear any noise. Hotel is in a great location--close to shopping and restaurants. Indoor pool is decent size and heated (no hot tub).

Good newer hotel in South Springfield, with a lobby bar that was open for Happy hour and into the evening. Restaurant that served Breakfast and Dinner. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Quiet room, seemed to have a problem with Room keys. They had to come work on our door the morning we were leaving. Front Desk girl said it was a bad day for keys. Had same issue at Hampton Inn a week before, not sure about Hilton key problems, but front desk for both was very nice. Would definitely stay here again, lots of restaurants in area, including Houlihans about 200 yards away, which also delivered to hotel. Nice indoor pool as well.

Room Tip: requested room on backside of hotel, may have been quieter than facing expressway although its a way...

Dont be fooled by the thin wall reviews. I have stayed here for business every month sinced they opened and never hear anything except an occasional toilet flush i travel fill time and i would not stay anyplace noisy ...period. also, sarah behind the bar is an amazing bartender, but an even better friend. She is a delight to talk with. The dinner is fantastic and so is the location for getting anywhere in the region. Also, the outside firepit is a great place to hangout .if you workout they have cardio and weights which i always use. Across the street is an extreme fitness center if you want more of a workout. A++++ book early this hotel is close to all the hospitals and books fast.

Just stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn. It's pretty new and the amenities, decor and cleanliness are all top notch. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. We just noticed a couple of things when staying here that kept me from rating it excellent. It seems like the "walls are pretty thin." The toilets are the new "water saving" version, but the first flush will make you think the toilet is exploding. You'll also hear this "explosion" from the adjoining rooms unless you keep the fan/blower running on your thermostat.

There was also a group of smokers that went out all night every so often and even though we were on the 4th floor, we could hear them talking like they were just outside the window. Again, if we would have turned the fan to "always on" it probably would have drowned out most of the noise.

We also had what sounded like a toddler that wasn't too happy at about 7AM..again the sound from the other rooms really comes through.

I don't usually complain about beds, but these are really firm. The pillows and sheets are very nice...just a really firm mattress which some will probably like.

We had the breakfast at the hotel which was very good. The location is just a few minutes from just about any national restaurant or retail shop you can think of.

Room Tip: Turn the fan/blower to "always on" to drown out the surrounding noises. I would also reco...

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback from your stay, it helps us to train our staff on guest service. I apologize that you had a rough night sleep, I am not sure if the Garden Sleep System bed was brought to your attention but you can adjust the firmness and softness of your bed. The dial is located underneath the fitted sheet and can be adjusted, 1 is the softest and 7 the firmest. We do pride ourself in being GOLD LEED Certified and along with that means sometimes having to take that extra step to inform our guest of how some things operate in our hotel. One of our main comments that is often brought up is our Eco Flush Toilet, which you had mentioned. The reason our toilets have such a positive flush is because they only use 1.6 gallons of water to flush than your normal 5 gallons with an average toilet. We have attempted to put fact sheets in our key packets to inform guest of certain things around the hotel and in your rooms that you may experience due to the Eco friendly aspect of our property. I do understand guest usually do not have the interest in reading the literature in key packets. We welcome any suggestions our guest have to educate our future guest. Thank you again for taking the time to give us feedback as well as providing future guest the knowledge on our property.

With very comfortable beds and nice, new decor, I highly recommend this property. We stayed here after spending a full day at Silver Dollar City. It felt extremely clean and offered us a much-needed, great night's sleep.
