This restaurant is now called Crown Ridge, and they do have Tigers on the property for viewing, however we didn't do the Tiger tour, so I can't comment on that piece. We were there in the evening, so we didn't really get a good view of the outside property because it is located far out in the country and it was very dark. From what we could tell it looked really nice from the outside, however, there wasn't a lot of parking, but we think we know why now. The inside was extremely nice, it appeared to be a renovated large old house, made into the restaurant. We were greeted by a hostess and was told to have a seat in the bar while they checked on a table, even though we had a reservation, which was fine, we only waited about 5 mins. We noticed throughout the evening that this is how they handled all guests that came in, they sent them to the bar, while it was obvious to us that the tables where ready. Our server was nice and very attentive, they served the local Crown Valley wines, as well as many other liquors and beers. The food was very good, we had a calamari appetizer, then the Bison Filet and Shimp and Lobster pasta. Bison was excellent, and the pasta was also excellent. We came to this restaurant because we were in town for the Summer Bay timeshare pitch and we were given a voucher for dinner. It seemed obvious that the restaurant seemed to cater just to this group of people, because we noticed that the only guests in the restaurant were the same people we had seen all day at the hotel, the sales pitch and the wineries. The restaurant was not very big, so it was easy to see who was there. Before we could even say anything about our voucher the waitress asked us for it, which we thought seemed a little strange, and which is why we believe this to be the main reason this restaurant is here, to wine and dine the prospective the timeshare buyers, hence the small parking lot. Either way, it was a very nice place, we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, and should we ever go back down that way, we would probably eat there again.
