My nephew and I stayed at this hotel for multiple nights last week, and it is about the 8th to 10th time we have stayed here. It is always clean and the staff is always great. The location is with walking distance of many taverns, restaurants and attractions so you can park your car and forget it. With the free hot breakfast and the evening reception with a light dinner, you really only have to pay for lunch.

We were on a motor coach (bus) tour from the Chicago area to St. Louis to visit Route 66 points of interest. Our tour company chose this Drury Inn for our three night stay. Although the hotel is a little dated everything was in perfect order. Our room was meticulously cleaned and reappoined every day. The included breakfast was ample and comparable to other hotels but no different variety served in the three days. The evening "Kick Back" is a wonderful benefit. We enjoyed the cocktails, snack and the time we had to interact with our fellow travelers. The bartender was friendly and efficient. We had questions regarding some activities near the hotel and the young man at the front desk was very helpful. Although there was a Cardinal game while we stayed here and the hotel had quite a few Cardinal fans we never heard a peep.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the common / breakfast area and it was quiet.

We stayed at this location due to its location of places we wanted to go in St. Louis. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to see and take the kids to. Feel very secure at this hotel. The photos, like the website states, varies from actual room. Not as bright and modern. I would like to see some fresh carpet through your the hotel and updated wood work around pool and eating balcony area. It felt clean, just dated. It did NOT takeaway from staying there. The breakfast was great and having access to water and other drink all day was a nice touch. Due to our schedule we were only able to take part in one evening kick back snack and it was great as well! I would definitely stay at a drury again! Our schedule and house keepings schedule didn’t always jive but we got towel exchanges which is all we needed. Really enjoyed that I was always able to speak with employees on the phone who spoke English very well. Also I tried one other tome to stay at a drury in KC but it was booked - however the lady offered to call the next closest drury for me to check for a room. Service one doesn’t always get anymore.

This hotel was perfect for a stay next to the convention center. It had a nice breakfast buffet, and an evening meal for the three weekday nights that we were there. They also had three free drinks from 5:30 to 7pm. They had free popcorn to snack on from 3pm to 9:30 every evening and the coke and other drinks were available at that time also. We were walking distance to the Cardinal's stadium and the Arch. This staff was also very friendly, and they have their own parking garage for a reasonable price.

We wanted a hotel near the renovated Gateway Arch National Park as the first stop on our vacation. We only had a few hours in the early evening so we wanted something that was in walking distance of the Arch. The Drury Inn and Suites Convention Center...not to be confused with the Drury Plaza nearer the Arch was exactly what we were looking for. The Arch was only a 10-15 minute walk away with most of that being on a nice parkway path giving you a great view. I received a room on the upper level just as I asked for. There was plenty of free indoor parking. The room was very comfortable and was away from the traffic noise. There was a door between the toilet/tub area and the vanity which allowed for some privacy. Not only did the hotel offer an ample breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, sausages, biscuits and gravy, waffles along with an assort of bagels and rolls, the hotel also had a manger's evening reception with a few entrees that included three complimentary alcoholic beverages. There were a couple of computers in the lobby where we were able to check our emails (they also had WIFI available in your room).
The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit this area.
