“Terrific experience”

Stayed one night to celebrate an anniversary. VERY COOL hotel. Classy, contemporary design. Wonderful amenities. The archview rooms are definitely the way to go. Eager to return in warmer weather when we can take advantage of the outdoor bar and dining areas.

Room Tip: The "archview" rooms are on south side of building and overlook Arch and riverfront. Grea...

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons 11/2-4 for a conference. It was wonderful to have the conference only a few floors below. With their fast elevators, I could run to my room during the short breaks. The conference facilities were nice, with plenty of drinks and good meals provided. Our room was spacious, with a separate couch, coffee table, desk and two chairs. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower and TV in the mirror. The closets were large as well. We had room service, which arrived on time with the food still hot and crisp. Every person we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and respectful. The modern yet calming decor of the hotel was also enjoyable. My husband spent time at the spa and gym, which he said was really nice. We look forward to our next stay there.

The property itself is very nice, comfortable and modern. Attached to the casino, which boasts its own restaurants and such.
Reflection Pool, Pool, and hot-tub are beautiful though too cold for use outdoors
The bathroom is lovely with a very deep bath, glassed shower, private toilet cubicle, and of course the in mirror t.v
Also small side note: The Verbena body lotion they supply smells awesome! I could use it everyday!

Pro:
Pleasant Decor
Beautiful deck area, with lovely big wicker chairs(Perfect to sit and read early morning by the pool) With a great view of the arch!
Very comfortable beds
Gym area was nice and clean, though my treadmill randomly stopped on me twice (Simple fix, I used another!)
Spa was wonderful, clean and calming! Supplies you will Any and All products you need) I only utilized the steam room, Eyebrow wax, and Pedicure functions. Emily (Girl with lovely curly black hair who does waxing) was wonderful and so pleasant I tipped her almost 100% The woman who did my pedicure was also friendly as were all the other spa employees, including reception.
I ordered room service breakfast about twice in my 3 day stay, breakfast was a bit bland But not inedible.
Dinner I ordered only once from room service, consisted of A turkey club, substitute mozzarella with parmesan chips. The main part of the meal was huge and delicious! However the Maple Syrup Apple pie was cold, far too tart, and had little to no maple flavor in the pie or sauce (Very sad)

Con:
You must take the elevator to the 8th floor, exit the elevator and go to another elevator bank in which you use your keycard to access the upper floors (I understand the reasoning, what with the casino on lower floors, just a bit of a pain)
Also got the run around by valet and security on where was best to park and enter the building. I was sent to a parking garage with an elevator that was already shut down for the evening and had to turn right back around.
Lastly a light fixture in the bathroom was missing its finishing metal piece, so it was a bit like it was left incomplete (However I did not notice this until the last day of the trip, so no big deal

Had a wonderful stay. The upgrade to the suite was unexpected and so nice we didn't want to leave!!! This hotel pays attention to every detail. Rooms service was great, breakfast was great, couldn't ask for more!! Pricing is a bit steep, but the upgrade was well worth it!!! Very classy!!

Room Tip: The arch view suite is amazing if budget allows!!!

The hotel was wonderful! I was there for work but still enjoyed the view and the hotel. The room was wonderful and the bathroom, even better! Had a view of the river, the arch and the stadium. The food was great. The staff was all very friendly.

I booked the Spa Indulgence package online. Worth every penny! I was a little anxious about the spa as I haven't ever been to one. Once I got there, the Spa staff was great. They make you feel like you belong there. When they tell you to let them know if you need anything, they mean it. These folks go out of there way to make sure you are TOTALLY satisfied.

We stayed in the suite (the one under the president's level).

We initially had massive service issues. Including the room not being ready for check-in (2 hours late). They then moved us to a room that was ready, but it was not an arch view as requested. It was more of a ghetto view. They then argued with us about spa credits that we pre-purchased and said that we did not have them. My husband and I were pretty upset.

They later called our room and apologized for the issue. They comped two meals, found our spa credits and upgraded us to a nicer room with the arch view we requested. The rooms were amazing. Very clean and well kept.

Room Tip: It is important to request an arch view room. The other side of the hotel looks at a very run down p...
