We used the Forest Park Hampton Inn for our guests for a wedding at Tower Grove Park.
This is a great place to stay. So close to Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo, the Missouri Botanical Gardens. The wedding we had was at the Piper Palm house in Tower Grove Park, and the route to the venue from the hotel is just 3 miles away, perhaps a 5-6 minute drive. It is a very simple drive to get there, so not at all confusing for out of town guests. The hotel was great, and working with the Sales Staff and Leslie Varney was so nice. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place to stay close to all the St. Louis amenites!

We stayed here for two nights while catching some of the sights in St. Louis. While the hotel seemed to have quite a few rowdy guests (I'm not sure if this is the norm or an anomaly) it was never a real problem. Staff was very friendly and the room was great. Right across the freeway from the zoo (you can walk) and there's a Metrolink station just across Forest Park. The breakfast area is a bit small for the number of guests so I'd suggest getting there early in order to avoid a rush.

Dear jtaggtx;

Thank you for staying with us and your review. We do have an overflow room, used for breakfast, when it is not rented. We are doing a complete renovation in the lobby / breakfast area in November of this year. Please plan a return visit!

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Close to every entertainment event in the city. Excellent staff that were very friendly. The room and hotel were very clean. Easy access to the pool, exercise room, and business center. The free breakfast was an excellent way to start the morning as they didn't have the same food every morning.

I would definitely stay here again if I ever plan another trip to St. Louis. The king suite in this hotel was very nice and even had a mini fridge and microwave for us to use while we were there. It was walking distance from both the Zoo and Park. Although we did not use the fitness room, it was available and had several different activities/things to choose from. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and there was also some pool toys for us to throw around.

Dear Brandy L;

We hope that you do return to St. Louis and stay with us, again! We do always keep noodles, kick boards, beach balls, etc, in the pool area for guests use. Maybe next time you will be able to sneak in a workout in our newly renovated fitness center.

Hotel situated on quiet avenue just south of Forest Park near zoo and art museum (both free). Nice big studio suite with sofa bed. Very good complimentary breakfast with different hot foods every morning from 6-10 AM (nice long window). Good exercise room. Stayed 6 nights. Free parking. Very happy with stay. Decent sports bar/restaurant next to hotel. Good restaurants nearby. Very easy access to major highways. Overall, perfect place to stay if visiting St. Louis.
