Grant's Farm has been part of the St. Louis Bush Family for years now. This attraction is still free to the public but you do have to pay for parking. On holidays or weekends be prepared to wait in lines to ride the shuttles around the property (and to the main drop off for lunch), sight seeing, looking at some of the Clydesdale, antique stage coaches, carriages, etc. It's well worth your time. One thing to remember though.....take the kids! They will love it! They can feed some of the animals including a petting area filled with little tiny goats. The kids will love to feed them the milk bottles. When leaving the park remember to visit the horse stables in the middle of the parking lot to see some more of the amazing Clydesdale's. Those horses are as beautiful face to face as they are on TV. If you're not in a big hurry plan on spending at least 1/2 day there. It's easy to get to. Pay attention to the history behind Grant's Farm as the shuttle guide gives you the tour to the main drop off.
We go every few years (it's that good) and now we are taking our grand-kids.
It is the stuff memories are made of.

No matter your age you will find Grant's Farm a wondrous place. Ther are wild animals ranging from buffaloes to Bramr bulls and deer and antelope. The tours take you throughout the expansive farm where you can view these beautiful animals in natural surroundings. After your tour you can take a tour of the pristine barns where some of the Anhueser-Busch Cledsdales are kept. If you are lucky you may even see a young colt or two. it is truly a serene place that is a source of wonderment for young and old alike

Grant's Farm is not only fun for kids, but for parents as well. It's fun right from the beginning, with a tram ride through the property and animals that live on it. When you get to the top, the first fun thing to do is feed the baby goats- I think I enjoy this more than the kids:). Then there's plenty of other animals to see in a zoo-like setting- even elephants! You can even ride a camel (for an fee). Then, you enter a German style courtyard, sometimes with live music, and all adults get two free beers each! Yes, that's the best part for parents:). You can also get a hot dog or bratwurst, and pet some horses in the stables. When you're done, you ride the tram back down to the parking lot. A fun day for all and for free!

Free tram ride & tour to the farm where we bottle-fed goats, watched the kangaroo dance, enjoyed beautiful sites & had a couple free beers. Wonderful date
