“Fun for the Whole Family”
Reviewed November 14, 2013

Whether you are 2 or 102, this is a great place for the family. You will have a great time if you go alone, as a couple, or as a family. We went with our 6-month old and our 2-1/2 year old sons. We also went with their grandmother. All of us had a great time on the train, seeing the animals, feeding the goats, and being outside. The free beer tasting at the end (for me) was also an added perk.

“A little cheesy”
Reviewed November 7, 2013

Visited on the last day of the season...unfortunately that meant the "Stable Label" gift shop closed before the end of my "behind the scenes" Clydesdale tour, so no souvenirs or using my 10% off coupon!

Would definitely recommend the Clydesdale tour, especially if you are a horse or animal lover. The rest of the place is a little cheesy, though the beer sampling is a nice touch.

Park itself is free, though you have to pay for parking. There is an extra charge for some attractions and you will likely get sucked into buying milk bottles to feed the goats and corn and other chow to feed the other animals.

“Fun for the Kids”
Reviewed October 25, 2013

We decided to visit Grant's Farm on our family getaway weekend to St. Louis after a friend had recommended it and I read good reviews online. We have an almost 4 year old son. We were there on a Saturday and it was not overly crowded which was pleasantly surprising. From the moment we pulled in, the staff was very friendly. The grounds are kept very clean and it was a pretty time of year to visit with the leaves changing. It was a little brisk the day we were there-we would have preferred about 10 degrees warmer but you can't have everything, right?! We rode the tram through the park to the stopover where there are several things to do. Our son thoroughly enjoyed feeding the goats (a heads up-you are likely to get jumped on by a goat and dirty if you go in the feeding area). He also had fun riding a camel and the carrousel. We watched one of the animal shows (birds) and enjoyed it as well.

We ate lunch in the courtyard area and it was good.

Of course we had to visit the Clydesdales before leaving the park-such beautiful horses! We lucked out too while we were there because they were shooting a Budweiser commercial so we got to see that set-up and the Clydesdales with the horse carriage!

Overall, Grant's Farm is a nice place to spend some time, especially if you have young children. They also have Halloween in the park in the evenings in October-we saw many of the decorations for this but did not visit during that time.

“It is great place for children”
Reviewed October 22, 2013

The farm is interesting, which likes a tiny zoo and a farm. It has several shows of animinals, such as elephant and birds. My son loved the place.
