Had the coffee stout, which was heavy dark and delicious. The atmosphere is good, typical brew pub with brick walls and TV sets plentiful. Especially enjoyed the beer bread with white cheddar and blue cheese dips. Had pretzel encrusted chicken which was delicious. The bill was reasonable and the service very quick. They didn't mind when we hung around and talked after dinner, which was appreciated.

love this place! Great beer and great food. What I love most about this place is their appreciation for fresh ingredients and local providers. They always list the local farms and distributors that their ingredients come from...unless they come from the giant garden outside!

The Bottleworks is where Schlafly actually brrews their beer. They have tours of their plant.

We go for the great restaurant. They have great St. Louis brewery memorabilia in the waiting area. St. Louis has a long history of being brewery town, besides AB. We like the soft pretzel sticks with the beer cheese dipping sauce as an appetizer. They have great pizzas. My favorite menu item is the bratwurst burger with sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard. The cheese soup is also great. My favorite dessert is the sticky toffee pudding. They have a kids menu and there are a lot of families dining together.

The restaurant has all of the Schlafly beers available. They also have the root beer that they make.

Went on factory tour and then ate. Food was excellent. Tour was fun with beer tasting at the end. Menu features lots of fresh and local items. I had an awesome salad with a wonderful vanilla viniagrette and a small pizza that was quite tasty. Others in my group had some very good grilled wings, grassfed sirlion,
