Enjoyed the Art and Missouri History Museum. The zoo is really nice too. The directional signs in the park were confusing and made it difficult to navigate to the various sites.

Although it was a bit of a rainy day, we enjoyed our visit to Forest Park. The history and art museums were great and we spent a long time in roaming around enjoying the exhibits and art. We took the bus a couple of times within the Park and our bus driver was excellent. She pointed out the various landmarks and gave us time to take a few photos.

Only sensible ones will tee of in the morning, the earlier the better. Daytime temps will torture you. Standard, not so challenging course, but good 18 rounds with well groomed greens (too quick for my puts). Location great, value ok, personnel friendly. An other round? Yes thank you.

If City Park is the lungs of downtown, Forest Park must be the lungs of the entire area. This enormous and beautiful green space, in which Central Park could fit over and over, has just about everything - History Museum, Art Museum (superb), Science facility and Planetarium, sports facilities - tennis, golf, rugby, soccer - boating lake, and acres and acres in which just to relax. There is also a zoo, entry to which is free. A trolley takes you around the whole park for a flat $2 ($1 for seniors), or for free if you have a metro pass.
