Nice restaurant and bar. Great patio dining. Easy street parking. The dining room booths are a bit tight on space. The dining room tables in the front window, and the high tops in the bar are fine. Ambiance is nice. Service is usually a bit above average. Food is almost always good. Arancini appetizer is fantastic, as is the beef spedini entree. Their deep dish pizzas are superb (we like the Don Vito) although occasionally their deep dish pizzas are only 95% cooked in the middle. Definitely worth a visit. Convenient to the FOX or to the Chaifetz arena.

We were recently in St. Louis for a concert at the Fox Theater. I had done some research on TripAdvisor to find a place for dinner before the concert. This restaurant was also listed on the Fox Theater website. I had looked at the menu online, and pretty much thought this would be a good choice. It was! Our nephew joined us for dinner. He and my husband each ordered Sicilian pizzas. I ordered the Seafood Ravioli. We all were quite happy with our choices. Salads were crisp and cold, Sicilian Chardonnay was very good, and the Guinness hit the spot! Wait staff knowledgeable about menu. It is a great location if attending a performance at the Fox Theater. All in all, and very pleasant experience.

We had been on the road and had arrived at our hotel, which was in walking distance of the restaurant. After a day behind the wheel, a walk was needed, even in the heat of a St. Louis Summer evening.

The bar was crowded and noisy, but in a casual setting close to a university that's almost expected. We were seated right away, but they asked about reservations and the restaurant was almost empty.

We ordered pasta dishes but learned later that the only thing to order here is pizza. The drink prices are not published ( beyond beer & wine ) because they were an expensive surprise. Just an fyi.

All in all, not a bad experience, but would have ordered differently with a little more info going in. The waitstaff was fine. The place seemed unsure of what it wanted to be - a white tablecloth dining experience or a college pizza joint.

Ate here with wife. She had seafood ravioli and I had chicken parm. Neither were worth writing home about. The sauce didn't taste homemade, more like store bought. The calamari was acceptable. The patio was a pleasant place to eat, that was the highlight of the meal. Won't be racing back anytime soon.

A nice experience last weekend before a Chaifetz arena event. Menu was varied and good, service was excellent. I had a chicken piccata while my husband had a steak dish, each priced around $14 and accompanied with mixed grilled veggies and a side of pasta--home made linguini for me, some tubular pasta in a marinara sauce for him (I got the better deal). Chicken was sauced and mushroomed well; his steak was tender and reportedly good. Nice option before several entertainment venues in the area. Tempting pizza list, gelato also looked yummy.
