Every one of the employees we came in contact with were super friendly. It was nice to see so many people actually enjoy their jobs. The hotel was clean, the free breakfast was decent, the employees were great. The only complaint we had was the elevators...17 floors & only 2 small elevators. There were many times that we had to wait 10-15 minutes just to catch an elevator.

This hotel was very clean and was convenient located to the super dome. The hotel staff was very friendly and allowed us to keep our car parked in the parking lot while we attended an event at the dome. The breakfast was also good.

Beautifully designed, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with great amenities, excellent indoor pool with great city views. Convenient location for all kinds of St Louis attractions. The free hot breakfast was a major plus!

Staff went out of their way to get me a room at the original cost for the list reservation! The Tigin on the ground floor also created a sampler platter for our group that visits every year for SuperCross. Very satisfied with rverything!!

Went for a short, extended weekend trip with my husband and our two children. This hotel had just what we needed - it was convenient and clean. The breakfast was a perfect way to start our day and both our kids were able to find things they wanted to eat each morning. When the second day of our trip got rained out (literally, from morning until night) we were thankful we had a comfortable hotel room and a great pool to keep the kids entertained. The only downside were some extremely loud guests who had rooms near ours and were constantly shouting in the hallway and being generally obnoxious until after 1am the first night we were there. Luckily they checked out the next day. You do have to pay for parking, which is kind of expensive, in my opinion, but not a deal breaker for us. We would consider staying here again for a future trip.
