Great location! Can walk to Busch Stadium, the Rams Stadium, the Arch and many many restaurants. Gorgeous rooms, fabulous breakfast and great evening reception! Service staff could stand to be a little friendlier but front desk and valet service were outstanding! Love Embassy Suites!

The room sizes are quite large, even for an Embassy Suites. Of course the standard happy hour and free breakfast are perfect for family gatherings out of town. This Embassy Suites is located in a great downtown location within walking distance of several attractions. The Gateway Arch is a 15 minute walk away or a 3 minute drive.

My only complaint is the valet. No where around at midnight on the first night. On day two, one of them gave me the wrong information on how to get to the Downtown Trolley (it literally was on the corner, but he sent me to the Metro station to go away 3 stops, maybe deliberately?), and on day three, just slow, slow service. Also, the streets around the hotel were a bit loud at night, a bit like NYC.

Other than that, all needs met. I'd stay again.

Good location for a Cardinals game and visiting the arch. The room was clean. The breakfast is the standard cattle call. Good food to start the day but standing in line for 20 minutes for am omlette is ridiculous. Embassy Suites should do something to make breakfast a more pleasant experience. Overall though, it was a good stay for 2 nights.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The suites were large and very clean. This family of 3 was very comfortable in these accommodations. The location was great as well; close to the Arch, Zoo and City Museum. Access to and from the hotel was very easy and Valet was wonderful; a little pricey but well worth the cost. We will stay again!

Although our family had been to St Louis many times, this was our first time staying downtown. The hotel is very very nice. They rehabbed an old department store, and they did a fabulous job! It's in a great location for going to either a baseball or football game, going to the Arch or the museums. We stayed in a corner king suite, which was awesome! It had wonderfully high ceilings, large windows, very well appointed. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. There is a pool on the 5th floor. The breakfast was as expected from Embassy Suites-made to order omelets, and almost every other breakfast food you could want. We just regret we could only spend one night there!
