This place was a great find for us as we were on our way to the Saint Louis Symphony at Powell Hall. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. It is in an attractive old historic building with a lot of character. The crowd was very eclectic and all age groups were present. Some come here for ice cream, some come for a meal, and some just want to partake in the cool and unique drinks. I had the creative egg salad sandwich and the dill pickle soup. Both were delicious. The Fly Me to the Moon ice cream martini was AMAZING! And we even indulged in the homemade apple pie after the waiter recommended it. We haven't had this great of a restaurant experience in a long time! THe music is a mix of oldies and modern tunes. Oh, and don't forget to check out the restrooms! :)
