“Fabulous and fun!”
Reviewed March 30, 2013

We had a great time and spent the entire day at the Science Center. Our science center pass from another museum (in TX) allowed us free parking, free planetarium, and free discovery rooms which we were happy to receive!

The discovery room is fun and was perfect for my 4 year olds.

The planetarium show we went to said it was for Kinder-2nd grade but it was not. There are "older" shows too. It was geared at least 3rd grade plus. It's an open room where you lay on mats (no reclining chairs) and was an "live" discussion. Definitely not appealing to a 4/5 year old.

The animatronic dinosaur was fun to see and there is a "build-a-bear" on site. We loved the hallway on the 2nd floor crossing over the highway...many fun activities to do along the way.

“So fun!”

You can't run out of things to explore at the Science Center. It is just too fun! The laser shows are super cool, and they have pretty decent food in the cafeteria. I love visiting the Science Center.

“So many things to do !”
Reviewed March 25, 2013

The Science Center is not only educational, but it indeed is also a lot of fun. My childrens ages range from 5 to 11 and each of them found different things throughout thay peaked their interest. Great time. Free admission and parking was only $10. We also had a package deal from our hotel that included a movie and planetarium show. We all enjoyed our visit and would definitely return.

“Good but very crowded”
Reviewed March 22, 2013

This museum has so much to offer, a planetarium, theater, and many interactive exhibits (the dinosaurs were really neat). When we visited, a number of schools were there on a field trip, so it was overcrowded. They do serve snacks and beverages and the staff was friendly.

“Lots of Stuff to see that's FREE”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

We have visited the Science Center several times, most recently just a couple of days ago with our 4 year old granddaughter. Other than $10 to park in their parking lot, admission is free. You will pay extra for certain exhibits and movies, but there is enough to keep kids busy for a few hours without spending anything else. Children learn from all areas of science, from dinosaurs to green energy. Just watching the massive ball drop track in the lobby can entertain young children for quite awhile. Well worth the trip.
