I live in Ohio and was spending the night in St. Louis on my way back from Las Vegas/California via car. Instead of driving back to Ohio right away I decided to see what St. Louis had to offer. I really liked this down to Earth mid-western city. The tour is free, and they give you a free beer at the end. You get to see the horses up close, from the Super Bowl ads. I toured the Guiness Brewery in Ireland, this was just as neat!

“Disapointted”
Reviewed August 7, 2014

After visiting some other brewery tours, this was easily the worst. The tour is free but basically you don't get to see or do anything. Just a little walk and then it's over. Our tour had like 40 people, it was way too big crowd for one tour.

“Fun and historic”
Reviewed August 6, 2014

The Brewery is an historic spot with some beautiful old architecture. The Clydedales are beautiful. What can be bad about ending the tour with a free Stella?

“Great place to visit!”

We loved the Budweiser Brewery Tour. It was also free! The place is so clean and has beautiful buildings, and the best part for the kids was seeing the Clydesdale horses in their stalls and outside. The guys liked the free beer!

“Don't Waste Your Time”
Reviewed August 5, 2014

Beautiful property, terrible free tour. 45 minutes and you basically see nothing. You can't even hear the tour guide for most of the tour, especially in the rooms with loud brewing equipment. You are quickly whisked away for a photo opportunity in the hopes you'll buy the picture for 20 bucks later. You don't see any of the inner workings of the factory such as bottling, packaging, etc. The Clydesdale Stables were the best part, though that was only 5 minutes and I certainly wouldn't take the tour just for that. People say you shouldn't complain when a tour is free - but it was only free monetarily...it was a time investment. That 45 minutes could have been spent doing one of the other wonderful things in St. Louis. I'm generous with 2 Stars - perhaps add 1 star if you're really excited about getting some free beer along the way.
