Full disclosure: I did not stay at this hotel, but I was booked to and had the DISpleasure of dealing with the incredibly unprofessional staff at this location. When I called to see if I could even cancel my reservation, employees consistently told me they were "unauthorized" to do anything, and that a manager was unavailable. I spoke with the folks at the corporate office who told me the management would call me to discuss a resolution. Instead of a phone call and conversation, I received a bill. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. But don't take my word for it, just read the reviews, and the response from management which consistently defers responsibility/blame back onto the customer. Shameful.
You tried to cancel you reservation AFTER the cancellation deadline. You were notified of the cancellation policy when you booked the reservation more than 6 weeks before your stay. We appreciate your feedback.
