The "chinese" food was average at best. The staples of orange, general, and sesame chicken were not flavorful and soggy, even when freshly put out. The American selections were actually very good. The same went for the round desert cakes. The sushi was average for a buffet ie not the best not the worst I have had at a buffet. I never felt like I should not have eaten that, like happens at 50% of buffets. But there was nothing special about the buffet, none of the food was excellent and some of it was barely palateable.
