Very good. Big box and other stores nearby as well as major highways to visit the regional sites. The city of St. Louis has many outstanding attractions like an Art Museum, Zoo, "The Hill", the old post office and the central library branch.

Such a wonderful historic area, with its cobblestone streets and water mill located right on the river. It's authentic and has a lot of great restaurants. We really enjoyed our visit there.

I'm a homer. However, this is really as good as any Main Street in America. This place has a great collection of antique shops, specialty shops, winery, brewery, plus many, many restaurants and pubs. This should be considered a destination place for anyone out of town.

My daughter and I had a great lunch at Lewis & Clarks. We loved shopping at the various boutique style shops. The historic atmosphere is so different and fun!

From a Spice Shop with a 33-year history of quality dips, teas, blends, herbs, and kitschy tea pots to a chocolate-covered apple-smoked bacon from a fine chocolatier, you'll find high quality, varied shops along the historic district. Walk along, stroll inside, choose a salon or an unusual piece of clothing, sit and savor the weather and sights, or sip good coffee. Browse fascinating titles in a good book store and search antique and collectible shops for the find that completes your decor back home. Everyone will find shops to appeal to their tastes, and many will relax by tasting wines in the tasting rooms available.
