We stayed at the Best Western Coachlight in Rolla, Missouri as one of the stops on our US roadtrip. The people at the front desk for check-in and check-out were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Although the room wasn't anything "special", it was a nice, clean, comfortable room. We were hoping for a more picturesque view from the room like it illustrated on their website but, instead, got to see the highway and the back of a Waffle House. But...the hotel was full and we arrived late so I guess you have to take what you get! The outdoor pool was very well maintained and was a very welcome amenity after driving long hours in the recent heat wave.
It's not the Ritz-Carlton but it was an enjoyable stay. "Good work" to the front desk staff because that can really make or break a stay -- and it helped to make our stay better than average.
