Their weekend breakfast buffet, served from 8:30-11 on Sat and Sun is very good. The star is a well organized and fun omelet and waffle station. I didn't eat off the other buffet but it looked like the typical scrambled eggs, biscuits and Gravy options. The fresh fruit was good. I was disappointed in the muffin and roll offerings. They were really busy, but I will say the service was pretty slow in coming for and delivering our drink orders. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

Went for dinner with friends on a weeknight and walked right to a table. I know that eating at the Lake is like eating at an airport with higher than normal prices, but $5.25 for a bottle of Mexican beer seemed to be gouging. Food was more cool than warm but the place it self is a fun place to sit outside and take in the view. Service was average, but it seems to be very much the norm at these type of lakeside eateries.

Drove an hour from Osage Beach with 6 grand kids for 2 of their birthdays the reviews said it was a great place to bring kids for birthdays. Even called to let them know we'd be coming early that evening. Arrived at 6pm, the server took down the bday kids names. After an hour of swatting bee's our food came which was just OK. After paying our $110 check w/tip, we asked when the owner would bring his Parrott out to sing happy birthday pirate style, the server said the band was getting ready to start & that he wouldn't be out to sing. I explained that we had drove an hour to get there to celebrate, spent the last hour swatting bee's & we're not even going to get what we came for? Her response was that we needed to ''come back when it's not bee season''. When I said, we won't be back, her response was...Whatever. Nancy Jordan

Great place to eat, covered deck so like sitting outside, huge fan which makes it feel cool and comfortable. The onion rings are huge, we ordered one and shared amongst 9 of us. The jalapeño poppers with strawberry cream cheese are a must. I had the fish tacos which I would really recommend. Good choice on the lake for lunch. The pirate ship docked as we got there.
